The Waterproof Leash is made from super-strong, soft-touch, all-weather materials. It features snap hooks on both ends for adjustable lengths or quick tie-ups, supports up to 80 lbs of pulling, and has a swivel hook that prevents tangling. The Poop Bag Carrier keeps waste bags neatly within reach.
